Personal Navigator UK (formerly PIP Navigator), at personalnavigator.co.uk, is a peer-support resource that helps PIP claimants in England and Wales describe their daily difficulties using wording aligned to PIP descriptors. It is not a legal service, benefits advice service, or medical evidence provider.

Our free guide is delivered by email: you enter your email address on our website, confirm you would like it, and we send you the PDF. Our paid guides are digital PDF products delivered via Payhip after purchase; once you complete checkout you will receive a download link by email and on the confirmation page.

Your 14-day cancellation right. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. For digital downloads, the law works like this: when you buy, you are asked to agree that we supply the download immediately, and you acknowledge that once the download begins you lose the 14-day right to cancel. If you buy but have not yet downloaded or accessed the product, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund — just email us.
Faulty or not as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a guide you bought is faulty (for example, the file is corrupted or a substantial part is missing) or is not as described on the product page, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or — if we can't fix it — some or all of your money back. Nothing in these terms takes away those statutory rights.
Bought the wrong guide? If you bought a guide for the wrong nation (for example, you're in Scotland or Northern Ireland and bought an England & Wales PIP guide), email us within 14 days and we will refund or swap it. Our guides are clearly labelled by jurisdiction, but we'd rather you have the right one.
How to ask. Email hello@pipnavigator.co.uk with your order email address and the product name. We aim to reply within 3 working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method via the platform you bought through (Payhip or Gumroad).
What refunds don't cover. We don't refund because a claim, mandatory reconsideration, or appeal was unsuccessful — our guides are peer-support information, not advice, and no outcome is ever guaranteed.
